Fire Alarm Systems

One of the most important fire protection systems you can install in your building or home is a fire alarm system. A fire alarm system is a quick-response method of alerting the occupants in your building of a fire so they can get to safety as quickly as possible. Because fire alarm systems are so important when it comes to keeping your building safe, quarterly fire alarm system inspections are absolutely essential.

Fire Sprinkler Systems

Fire Sprinkler systems have been the most effective form of fire protection for decades, but they must be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the National Fire Protection Association and the Authority Having Jurisdiction.

Inspection: Fire sprinkler systems are required to be inspected in accordance with NFPA 25. An inspection is a visual examination of a water-based fire protection system, or portion thereof to verify that it appears to be in operating condition and is free of physical damage.

Testing: A procedure to determine the status of a system by conducting physical checks on water-based fire protection systems such as water-flow tests, fire pump tests and trip tests of dry pipe, deluge, or pre-action valves. These tests follow up on the original acceptance test at intervals specified in the appropriate chapter of the standard NFPA 25.

Fast, Effective Clean Agent Fire Protection

Our Clean Agent Fire Protection System, which includes the use of HFC-227ea and FM-200, leaves no residue and doesn’t require costly clean-up, unlike sprinklers and other fire protection systems. Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems are great in applications ranging from telecommunications and data processing to switch gear rooms, military applications and cell sites to high-tech medical applications.
